This Cookie and Tracking Policy is issued by WIZCART TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, a British Columbia corporation (corporation number BC1541387, incorporated 27 May 2025 under the BC Business Corporations Act) extra-provincially registered to carry on business in Alberta (Alberta corporate access number 2128144090) ("Wizcart", "we", "us", or "our"). Wizcart operates the Wizcart technology marketplace platform in Canada. Public legal notices, operational correspondence, and mailing communications may be sent to Wizcart at 903 8 Ave SW Office - 931, Calgary, AB T2P 0P7, Canada.
This Policy explains how Wizcart uses cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, mobile identifiers, analytics tools, attribution tools, and similar technologies on the Platform. It supplements the Privacy Policy.
Wizcart uses four categories of technologies on the Platform, summarized in the Technology Categories table at the end of this Policy. Each category has different purposes and different consent requirements.
Wizcart's vendor stack may change. Vendors are organized by consent category as follows:
Strictly necessary (cannot be disabled through Wizcart settings): Stripe (payment processing) and an independent third-party verification provider for Service Provider identity, credential, and background verification.
Analytics and crash diagnostics (consent-dependent): Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, or similar services.
Functional preferences (consent-dependent): Google Tag Manager Consent Mode, Cookiebot or equivalent consent tools.
Marketing and attribution (consent-dependent + opt-out): Meta Pixel and Conversions API, TikTok Pixel, AppsFlyer, Branch, Klaviyo, Twilio, or similar services.
App-store and operating-system attribution frameworks are managed through your operating-system settings. Current vendor information is available on request to privacy@wizcart.com.
On iOS, Wizcart will use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking that requires the ATT prompt. If you decline tracking, IDFA-dependent tracking is suppressed and Wizcart uses aggregate or privacy-preserving measurement where available. On Android, Wizcart discloses data collection and sharing in the Google Play Data Safety section where required. Device permissions, advertising identifiers, and tracking choices can be managed through your operating-system settings.
You may accept or decline non-essential cookie categories through the consent banner or settings panel where available.
You may change browser cookie settings or delete cookies through your browser.
You may limit ad tracking through mobile operating-system settings.
Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent the Platform from functioning correctly.
Wizcart does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard, but Wizcart respects choices made through its consent mechanism where applicable.
Marketing communications by email or SMS are subject to Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Wizcart will seek consent where required, identify the sender, provide contact information, and include an unsubscribe mechanism, such as replying STOP for SMS, where required by law. Unsubscribe requests will be processed without delay and within ten (10) business days. If Wizcart conducts telemarketing calls or faxes, those activities may also be subject to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission's Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules and the National Do Not Call List, where required by law.
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain for their stated duration or until deleted. Analytics, attribution, and diagnostic data are retained according to vendor settings, Wizcart's Privacy Policy, and the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy. Aggregated or anonymized analytics may be retained longer where it no longer identifies an individual.
Wizcart may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, app-store requirements, vendors, or Platform operations.

Provider Services booked through the Platform are performed by independent third-party Service Providers and are not performed by Wizcart Technologies LLC or Wizcart Technologies Incorporated.

Wizcart Technologies LLC controls the character and quality of the Platform Services provided under the WIZCART mark in Canada.
