WIZCART ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Owner: Wizcart Technologies Incorporated

This Acceptable Use Policy and Community Standards is issued by WIZCART TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, a British Columbia corporation (corporation number BC1541387, incorporated 27 May 2025 under the BC Business Corporations Act) extra-provincially registered to carry on business in Alberta (Alberta corporate access number 2128144090) ("Wizcart", "we", "us", or "our"). Wizcart operates the Wizcart technology marketplace platform in Canada. Public legal notices, operational correspondence, and mailing communications may be sent to Wizcart at 903 8 Ave SW Office - 931, Calgary, AB T2P 0P7, Canada.

These standards apply to Users, Service Providers, and anyone using the Platform. They are marketplace participation standards, not workplace rules or employer-imposed policies.

Wizcart provides Platform Services only. Wizcart does not provide, perform, deliver, supervise, control, manage, inspect, guarantee, or warrant the underlying services booked through the Platform ("Provider Services"). Provider Services are offered and performed solely by independent third-party Service Providers. Any agreement for Provider Services is between the User and the selected Service Provider, not Wizcart.

Service Providers are independent third-party businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, representatives, legal delegates, workers, staff, technicians, or contractors of Wizcart. Wizcart may suspend, restrict, delist, or terminate Platform access for breach of published terms or marketplace standards. Such action is a marketplace-access remedy and does not create an employment, agency, supervisory, or dependent-contractor relationship.

1. General Standards

  • Treat other participants with respect, courtesy, and professionalism.

  • Communicate honestly and in good faith.

  • Comply with applicable federal, provincial, territorial, municipal, privacy, human-rights, consumer-protection, tax, safety, environmental, and professional laws.

  • Respect safety, privacy, property, and boundaries.

  • Use the Platform only for lawful marketplace purposes.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Physical violence, threats, intimidation, harassment, stalking, sexual harassment, sexual assault, unwanted contact, or unsafe conduct.

  • Discrimination or discriminatory harassment based on protected characteristics under applicable human-rights law.

  • Fraud, impersonation, false profiles, fake credentials, false licences, false insurance, false tax information, fake reviews, coordinated review rings, undisclosed incentivized reviews, or misleading endorsements.

  • Off-Platform payment solicitation for Platform-booked Provider Services, payment circumvention, money laundering, stolen payment information, false chargebacks, or abusive refund requests.

  • Scraping, crawling, reverse engineering, malware, automated abuse, security interference, duplicate accounts to avoid restrictions, or misuse of Platform data.

  • Posting illegal, obscene, sexually explicit, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, privacy-invasive, spam, or misleading content.

  • Hidden fees, drip pricing, undisclosed mandatory charges, materially misleading price claims, or scope-change charges not confirmed through the Platform.

3. Service-Category Prohibitions

For Makeup and Hair services, prohibited conduct includes performing regulated health services without required authorization, using prescription or medical-grade products outside lawful scope, providing injectables or invasive procedures through the Platform unless expressly permitted and licensed, using unsanitary tools, double-dipping applicators where prohibited, misrepresenting product safety or approval status, or violating Alberta personal-services health and safety requirements.

For Junk Removal services, prohibited conduct includes handling hazardous, designated, biomedical, asbestos, lead, radioactive, contaminated, stolen, abandoned, or otherwise regulated materials without required authorization; disposing at unauthorized locations; misrepresenting donation, recycling, disposal, or destination; removing property not clearly included by the User; or violating environmental, transportation, waste-disposal, or municipal requirements.

4. Reviews, Promotions, and Endorsements

Reviews and endorsements must be truthful, based on genuine experience, and not misleading. Any discount, free service, gift, points, payment, referral benefit, or other consideration provided for a review or endorsement must be clearly disclosed. Paid or sponsored social-media content must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure such as #ad or #sponsored where required, consistent with the Competition Act and Competition Bureau guidance.

5. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations through the in-app report feature or by emailing support@wizcart.com with relevant details and supporting evidence. Wizcart will review reports confidentially to the extent practical and will not retaliate against good-faith reports.

6. Account Actions

Violations may result in content removal, warning, refund or payment administration, payout hold where permitted, temporary restriction, suspension, delisting, deactivation, reporting to authorities where legally required, or other marketplace-access remedy under the applicable Terms. Any action against a Service Provider is a contractual marketplace-access remedy and does not create employment, agency, supervision, or control.

7. Changes and Contact

Wizcart may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or other reasonable means.
