WIZCART ACCESSIBILITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Owner: Wizcart Technologies Incorporated

This Accessibility and Non-Discrimination Statement is issued by WIZCART TECHNOLOGIES INCORPORATED, a British Columbia corporation (corporation number BC1541387, incorporated 27 May 2025 under the BC Business Corporations Act) extra-provincially registered to carry on business in Alberta (Alberta corporate access number 2128144090) ("Wizcart", "we", "us", or "our"). Wizcart operates the Wizcart technology marketplace platform in Canada. Public legal notices, operational correspondence, and mailing communications may be sent to Wizcart at 903 8 Ave SW Office - 931, Calgary, AB T2P 0P7, Canada.

Wizcart is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible technology marketplace. This Statement applies to the Platform and to marketplace participation standards. Provider Services are performed by independent third-party Service Providers, not Wizcart.

Wizcart provides Platform Services only. Wizcart does not provide, perform, deliver, supervise, control, manage, inspect, guarantee, or warrant the underlying services booked through the Platform ("Provider Services"). Provider Services are offered and performed solely by independent third-party Service Providers. Any agreement for Provider Services is between the User and the selected Service Provider, not Wizcart.

Service Providers are independent third-party businesses or individuals. They are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, joint venturers, representatives, legal delegates, workers, staff, technicians, or contractors of Wizcart. Wizcart may suspend, restrict, delist, or terminate Platform access for breach of published terms or marketplace standards. Such action is a marketplace-access remedy and does not create an employment, agency, supervisory, or dependent-contractor relationship.

1. Accessibility Commitment

Wizcart aims to design and maintain its websites and mobile applications in alignment with recognized accessibility practices, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable, and applicable Canadian human-rights and accessibility obligations. Wizcart will work to identify and remove accessibility barriers in the Platform.

  • Support keyboard navigation and screen-reader compatibility where reasonably practical.

  • Use text alternatives for meaningful non-text content where reasonably practical.

  • Use readable text, sufficient contrast, and consistent navigation where reasonably practical.

  • Review accessibility feedback and prioritize fixes based on severity, impact, and feasibility.

  • Provide reasonable alternative access to Platform information where required and reasonably possible.

2. Accommodation Requests

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or require accommodation to access Platform information or support, contact accessibility@wizcart.com or support@wizcart.com. Wizcart will acknowledge accessibility feedback within five (5) business days where practical and will respond within thirty (30) days where practical.

3. Non-Discrimination Commitment

Wizcart prohibits discrimination and harassment in marketplace participation based on protected characteristics under applicable human-rights law, including the Alberta Human Rights Act, which protects race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, religious beliefs, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, mental disability, marital status, family status, and source of income, together with any other characteristic protected under applicable human-rights law.

4. Users and Service Providers

Users may not discriminate against Service Providers when booking, communicating, granting access, or receiving Provider Services. Service Providers must comply with applicable human-rights and anti-discrimination laws and may not refuse service, harass, or treat Users differently because of a protected characteristic. Legitimate safety, legal, scope, insurance, licensing, or access issues must be handled in a non-discriminatory manner.

5. Reporting

Report accessibility barriers or discrimination through the Platform or by emailing support@wizcart.com or accessibility@wizcart.com. Wizcart may take marketplace-access action under the applicable Terms and Community Standards based on objective evidence. Any action involving a Service Provider is a marketplace-access remedy and not employment discipline.
